Court Rejects Boy Scout Appeal, Lets Stand Ruling Against Discrimination

The U.S. Supreme Court let stand a California ruling that said the city of Berkeley may subsidize only organizations that do not discriminate. The ruling is good only in California, but may energize efforts to end Boy Scout policies which discriminate against gays and Atheists.
