Correction 29-April-2004

The October 2003 issue of The American Atheist Newsletter article "Taking the Pledge: the nation's highest court will examine the constitutionality of the words "under God" in the Pledge of Allegiance. But can California Atheist Michael Newdow expect fair and impartial treatment in this controversial case?" has an incorrect citation.

Victor Muniz-Fraticelli is a graduate student in the Department of Political Science at the University of Chicago. The article's reference to Mr. Muniz-Fraticelli as "University of Chicago Law School professor Victor Muniz-Fraticelli" is incorrect. This correction was requested by Mr. Muniz-Fraticelli.
